Dream Theater: Новые бокс-сеты CD и винила

Dream Theater готовятся к выпуску 14-дискового CD-бокс-сета, а также к выходу 3-й части своей виниловой коллекции. Оба релиза запланированы на 21 ноября от лейбла Rhino.

The Studio Albums 1992-2016 включает 12 студийных альбомов группы, записанных в этот период, представленных на 14 компакт-дисках: Images and Words (1992), Awake (1994), Falling into Infinity (1997), Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory (1999), Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence (2002), Train of Thought (2003), Octavarium (2005), Systematic Chaos (2007), Black Clouds & Silver Linings (2009), A Dramatic Turn of Events (2011), Dream Theater (2013) и The Astonishing (2016).

Этот набор можно рассматривать как полное CD-издание виниловой серии Dream Theater, охватывающей студийные работы группы с 1992 по 2016 год.

Тем временем, Vol. 3 виниловой серии группы включает альбомы Black Clouds & Silver Linings (2009), A Dramatic Turn of Events (2011), Dream Theater (2013) и The Astonishing (2016). Каждый из них напечатан на 140-граммовом черном виниле и поставляется в новом оформлении.

10-дисковый виниловый бокс-сет выпущен ограниченным тиражом в 2500 экземпляров и доступен эксклюзивно на сайте Rhino. Там же можно оформить предзаказ на CD-бокс-сет.

Анонс этих изданий совпадает с завершением осеннего американского тура Dream Theater. Группа завершает свои выступления 26 октября в Лонг-Айленде, Нью-Йорк.
