Tyga concerts postponed to November; West's St. Petersburg shows in doubt

American rapper Tyga’s planned concerts in Yekaterinburg and Moscow have been postponed from late August to November due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

The announcement, posted on the event’s VKontakte page, does not yet specify an exact date or venue.

Original venues and dates

Originally the Yekaterinburg performance was scheduled for August 28 at the TeleClub summer venue, while the Moscow show was set for August 29 at CSKA Arena. Both venues have confirmed the postponement. The organizer says a new date and location will be announced later.

West’s St. Petersburg plans

According to media reports, Tyga has collaborated with Kanye West, who produced one of Tyga’s albums and several tracks. This connection drew attention amid the recent concert changes.

Earlier, concert agency Say Agency announced that Kanye West would perform at St. Petersburg’s Gazprom Arena on October 10 and 11. However, the arena denied signing a rental agreement, casting doubt on the concerts. Agency director Anna Subcheva says West is still planning to come and has already received an advance payment.

The postponement and the venue controversy have left fans awaiting official updates. Organizers promise to inform the public as soon as details are finalized. In the meantime, the situation remains under close monitoring.
